The water Jug Challenge, You Should Try It!

So I decided not too long ago that I wasn't drinking enough water. I could go days without drinking water. My mouth would be dry, my lips would get cracked, I was irregular when it came to using the restroom, and it even got so bad my period was thrown off. I realized I was literally causing myself harm. our body needs water!

Your body uses water in all its cells, organs, and tissues to help regulate its temperature and maintain other bodily functions. Because your body loses water through breathing, sweating, and digestion, it's important to re-hydrate by drinking fluids and eating foods that contain water. While we may not need eight glasses, there are plenty of reasons to drink water. In fact, drinking water (either plain or in the form of other fluids or foods) is essential to your health. Think of water as a nutrient your body needs that are present in liquids, plain water, and foods. Humans need to drink water to survive. Your body is approximately 60 percent water, your brain is 70 percent water, and your lungs are nearly 90 percent water. Each day, your body must replace 2.4 liters -- or about 2.5 quarts of water -- through ingested liquid and foods. Water helps to plump up your skin, so you should be able to imagine what dehydration will do! When you don't drink enough water, the collagen begins to crack and bind together, causing fine lines and wrinkles to get more noticed. We rely on water to keep our insides sufficiently hydrated, too.

I tried to find an easy way to drink more water. So I googled some challenges and came across the photo above. I bought a jug and wrote the same thing to help me keep up with it. I was less tired each day, I had a lot of energy, my lips were smooth as a baby's bottom, my skin was glowing. But there was only one thing I didn't like. It made me pee like every twenty minutes throughout the day. you must be prepared for that. Everyone's body is different but I couldn't stand it, water goes right through me. In the beginning, because my body was so dehydrated it literally absorbed a quarter of the jug and I didn't have to pee because my body was really lacking. But after I was always running to the restroom, and I became very regular. Nothing worse than having to use the restroom while running errands.

In the long run, it's very beneficial, water is a very natural daily detox. it flushes out your toxins and any of the other bad stuff you've had to eat for the day. Everyone is different so definitely give it a try and see how you like it.
