I Want Your Loyalty Not Your Money

Loyalty is everything! there's enough business out here for everyone no matter matter what industry you work in. The beauty world is a tough industry to break into. Even knowing that I know I will work my hardest to make sure I build my own clientele. I won't feel the need to try to steal clients, rip people off or play games. Not everyone will like my work and I'm fine with that because I won't be for everyone. But as a stylist, hair is my art and I produce great work. I take my time and I make sure once I'm done you'll feel even more beautiful than you already are. A lot of stylists have forgotten what their job is and are caught up in the money.
It is my career and I need the money, but that comes with your loyalty. All money isn't good money either. Stylists need clients that are willing to pay their price without an issue. When clients see our work you'll be willing to pay no matter what. There are stylists who work to pay bills but a lot of us actually are passionate about the work we do. It's not all about the money all of the time, it's just a bonus. We get paid to do what we love to do.
I enjoy meeting new people, I work hard, and I take my time on each client to make sure the outcome not only looks good but, benefits the health of their hair. So many stylists will throw any style you want, but some of us will actually take the time to explain to you why a certain style might not be for you. I care mostly about my client's health. I will let you know if a style isn't for you and what you need to do to improve the state of your hair to get it to where it needs to be, so that your hair can handle that style one day. I find that if I'm honest with my clients, and show the amount of time and effort I put into making their hair healthy that they become loyal clients who actually listen to what I tell them to do and end up with the results they want.
These days everyone wants everything done quick and in a hurry. But is that really the service you want? Imagine how many steps are skipped and how rushed your service is when you want it done quickly. The result more than likely wont be good ones in the long run. Hair takes a lot of patience, love, and care and I'm willing to give that to all of my clients. And if they stick with me, they will see the beautiful results in the long run. I always say if you love your hair it will love you back. But if you don't have the time to show it love, that's what I'm here for.
