We ship wig orders using USPS. Flat rate shipping requires 3-5 business days for delivery after it ships, and a signature is needed upon delivery. Shipping confirmation and tracking are available through email as soon as your order is sent for delivery. Once packages are received by USPS, we are no longer responsible for the delivery of the item. Express shipping is available and it is a 1-2 day shipping for $25.00. This method includes insurance and signature confirmation. We ship international orders via USPS Priority International which costs $35.00 for any destination worldwide and is normally received within 7-9 working days. We are not responsible for any custom fees or taxes associated with your shipment upon delivery. We do not refund shipping charges for any orders returned. 

There are no returns on all wigs, sales are final on wig purchases. Make sure you read the description carefully of the wig you are purchasing so that you will be sure of the wigs texture, length, and thickness. All wigs are one size fits all and come with adjustable straps to fit your head. Custom sizes will be available soon on boutique wigs only, and measurements will be needed. Make sure to reference the measurement video that is attached to each unit. Also, take note that the color or look of the wig is based off of the quality of the device you are using. Make sure you check the color option of the wig to be sure it is a color that you're fine with. Wigs are an investment well worth your while. They will last you for a few years if taken care of properly. Make sure to read the care instructions that come with your wig. Thank you for your support!
